I ordered from princessasa.com and the shipping was just kind of okay, it wasn’t terrible or anything and my package didn’t show up super late, but I was definitely hoping it would get here a little faster because I was excited to try everything.
The tracking was also slow to update, so for a few days I was checking it and not really sure where my order was or if it had even moved, but the items did arrive fine in the end and nothing was damaged, I just wish the delivery part had been quicker.

I reached out to ask about my order and didn’t get anything helpful back for days. It kind of felt like nobody was checking messages, which was frustrating. The product/order itself wasn’t necessarily the issue, but the lack of communication really put me off. Not sure I’d order again after that.

The return itself went smoothly, no real drama there. But then came the refund, and wow, it felt like I was waiting for the final scene of a very slow movie. It did eventually come through, just later than I expected.

My order from princessasa.com was mostly fine, but one item wasn’t what I actually picked. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was still annoying because now I had to go back through the order and compare everything instead of just unpacking it and being done. Shipping was okay, nothing special. I might order again, but next time I’ll definitely be checking every detail way more carefully, which feels like extra work I shouldn’t have to do.

The package arrived on time, which was nice, but the box was a little crushed and didn’t seem taped up very well. Everything inside was fine thankfully, but for the price, I was expecting it to be packed a bit more securely.

The site does work, but it feels clunky to use. The menus are confusing, and I kept getting turned around trying to find basic stuff. They made it sound like the experience would be simple and easy, but that really wasn’t the case for me.

The prices were solid for what you get. The quality was better than I expected too, so it felt totally worth it to me.

The selection was lame. I went in expecting way more options, but half the stuff looked like the same boring junk, and a bunch of it wasn’t even in stock. Kind of a waste of time, to be honest. Didn’t really see anything worth buying...

The packaging, the label, the quality, all of it just seemed off. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I was happy with this overall. Compared to a few similar items I’ve bought before, this one feels a bit better made. The material has a nice feel, the stitching is clean, and it held up fine after wearing it. No real complaints from me.
